Days before, I met dasBlog on net, though, because my lack of knowledge in Internet, I just cannot get started with the files I downloaded with dasBlog.Net.
I'm using Windows 2000/Windows XP.
And the file I downloaded are web-files for dasBlog 1.9.
Hoping to find a dummy-guide for dasBlog, and here come my sincere thanks in advance.

A long time past since my last post
It's been a long time past since my last post.
Recently, some work stuffs keep me from coming here too often. And you know, they are patent applications that are under substantial examination. My responsibility is to allow or reject such an application as soon and accurately as possible.
Of course, it needs much time. And that's why seldom do I post a new comment.
I drop on here today when I check something on net, and I'm planning something about how to use the translation tool provided on JPO (Japanese Patent Office).

Translate Japanese Patent Documents More Efficiently
As we know, Japan plays some important part in the intellectual property world. So it's not practical to ignore patents published in Japan. However, I'm guessing you have almost the same feel like me, Japanese is not an easy language and when we face a japanese patent, the language becomes a huge difficulty for us to understand what that document discloses.
Luckily, JPO provides a link where we can have access to many of its patent documents translated in English. Of course, it's done by Robot, like a software on a Computer with advanced hardwares.
If you go a further deep in JPO, you'll soon discover it offers different links to English patent-counterparts of japanese patents. Some are N000=116, N000=115, and THE ONE I'd recommend here.
Why the last one better, after trying the 3 links above, I think you'll soon find the last one has a FULL CONTENT option. And this does great help that we do not have to translate part by part as like using the former 2 methods.

Execution of Improved Patents
Have you ever heard of improved patents?
What should you do if you face such a situation?
Example is like a mobile technology invention just a little step further, and such invenetion may prevent both the former and latter manufacturer from being able to produce the invetion-product if no license is reached between both.

SAMPLE PATENT INFRINGEMENT CASE
Sample Patent Infringement Case--From Print Industry
Here's a summarized sample Patent Infringement Case between two major corporations in the Graphic Arts Industry,namely Agfa and Creo.
The Case:
Agfa launched a patent infringement trial againse Creo for multi-cassette plate loaders for CTP(Computer To Plate) Systems,asserting 6 formerly granted patents.
Final decision turned out to be that the 6 patents Agfa had claimed were unenforceable because of Agfa's deceiving the US Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO) when applying for and obtaining the involved patents.
